My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. the room service was prompt and efficient, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I also enjoyed the in-room breakfast option, which allowed me to start my day without having to rush to a dining area. the spa services were top-notch, and I indulged in a relaxing full body massage at the spa lounge. the garden area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.

While my overall experience was positive, I did notice that the maintenance of the rooms could be improved. There were a few minor issues that could have been addressed to enhance the overall comfort of the guests.
